Why Solar Thermal and not Trees
We cannot guarantee what will happen to the tree in 5 years time, or if a tree might have grown naturally anyway. Once the trees die they decay, releasing the carbon dioxide back into the atmosphere. Solar water heating, on the other hand, is often the single most cost effective renewable energy technology available.
